1. the ratio between the maximum torque exerted on a magnet situated in a magnetic field (whenever electric current flows) and the strength of that field.
2. the ratio between the maximum amount of electro-chemical change within a collection of brains as they experience new ideas and the strength of those ideas.
Touch, along with many other senses, is as a catalyst for this change.
